This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the AI-Ready Data Maturity Survey.
What data we collect
- Name, position, role, email address, and company name
- Industry sector
- Survey responses (70 questions, scored 1-5)
- Computed maturity scores and tier classification
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to generate your personalized data maturity assessment report and to enable 10V to follow up with relevant consulting services if requested.
How long we keep it
Survey submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
